MEET ERIK KELLY, OWNER

Home remodeling is my passion. With over 15 years of residential construction and project management experience, Erik Kelly Design & Build is here to serve you. Nothing makes me happier than sharing my design ideas and creating custom spaces for homeowners. I am involved in every step of the project, from the moment a customer calls until they stand in front of the finished project with a smile on their face.

PROCESS

  • Consultation

    Upon contacting us we schedule an onsite consultation where we listen to your objectives and goals for the remodel. It’s here we will discuss the possibilities within the project(s) while attaining a better understanding of your timeline, budget and specific needs in order to provide an accurate proposal.

  • Scope of Work & Detailed Estimate

    After the initial consultation we deliver and review a scope of work to you, along with a detailed, honest estimate. Each phase of the project will be broken down to provide a transparent understanding of our services and our timeline.

  • Design & Selections

    Once under contract, the design and finish selections of the project begins. After siting with you to learn the desired look and feel for the project, we carefully present design options that meet your need and improve the day-to-day lives of our clients.

  • Construction

    From the moment the dumpster pulls onto the site, we treat your home like ours. From floor coverings and isolating the construction zone, we clean and organize daily. Regular updates will keep you informed of progress and ensure you are satisfied every step of the way, ultimately, providing a seamless experience from start finish.
